The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast, with its range of delicious choices. Our room was clean, spacious enough for two, and had comfortable beds. Aachen centre is about a 30-minute drive away. The one drawback is how little there is to do in the very small town where the hotel is located, so it would have been an easy five-star stay otherwise.

We come back as a family often, and every visit has been a lovely taste of Limburgse hospitality. It’s a welcoming family hotel with everything looked after, from the great food and service to the pool and tennis court. A relaxing holiday is easy here.

The staff were very nice and our room was clean. Getting into the city is the downside: it takes about 30-40 minutes, and buses only come around twice an hour.

The dining room was cozy, romantic, and peaceful, and there’s a tennis court along with a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and a very small gym. The food isn’t Michelin level, but it’s fine when you want to be lazy and skip cooking. I’d recommend this place if you’re after a break from a crowded, noisy, busy life. The friendly staff and clean room, with its modern touches and traditional wooden furniture, suit the hotel well. It’s very quiet and feels great for peace of mind. You do need a car, since the bus comes every hour and the city is far away. You can rent a bike, though, and there’s some hiking and biking around if you’re into nature 😊
