We paid before we got to see the room or bathroom, and there was still no clear explanation of the final price. The electric heater also seemed dangerous. The place felt run-down, despite renovation claims on several websites, and the carpet added to a strong smell of smoke. When we asked for a room with central heating because it was very cold, but without bathroom facilities, we were told it would cost much more. The place was untidy, and the staff were incredibly unfriendly and rude.
