A cosy place, and the breakfast was lovely.

Such a lovely B&B, with a great room, everything well looked after, and a perfect breakfast. The hostess clearly puts a lot of passion into what she does, and the coffee on arrival was a lovely touch. See you next time!

We stayed in Irene's B&B for a night in late November 2024, just before our weekend walk on the Pieterpad. It's right by the trail and easy to reach by car, with parking on her property. Irene welcomed us so warmly and offered us a drink, a wonderful start. Our ‘Paris’ room was spotless, spacious and beautiful, with a lovely bed, a nice bathroom and a door onto a small private terrace. Breakfast was served on the covered terrace, where there was a heater. We had fresh rolls, plenty of toppings, fresh orange juice, an egg and coffee. Irene said we could ask for more, but doesn't put too much out at first because food is often wasted. What she brought was exactly enough. The local apple syrup with cinnamon and raisins was especially hard to resist. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

We arrived by bike to find the front door already open, and got a lovely welcome. We could leave our bikes safely in the back garden under the canopy, which put us at ease. The Bali room was beautiful, with coffee and tea, a minibar, digital TV and its own little terrace. We found a nice place to eat within walking distance. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was brought to our room (see photo), and we were given two bananas for the ride. Thanks, Irène!
