The hotel's by the coastline, reached by a small road or a few short staircases. My room was clean and comfortable, with a safe, mini fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. There was a complimentary bottle of water on the first day, but it wasn't replaced. The fridge was empty, with no drinks in it. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of food and drinks plus some fruit. The restaurant is quite expensive, so I wouldn't go there more than two or three times a week. Staff were nice. Rooms were attended to daily unless you asked them not to, though all I noticed was the bed being folded, and there may have been other cleaning. It's a very nice hotel in a good spot by the sea, but the city is at least a 20-minute walk away.

I stay here often because it's the best option in Terneuzen. The rooms are comfortable, service is good, and the location works well. Breakfast is excellent. The internet can be slow at times and could be better.

Had a great stay! It gets very busy in summer...

It was constantly 26-27 degrees in my room, and I couldn't sleep from the heat. The air conditioning only runs from 12u-16u, and there's no ventilation. My room was on the third floor, which was far hotter than the other floors, though friends on lower floors complained too. It's a shame they advertise air conditioning if it isn't switched on when needed. The TV picture was usually poor and disrupted. The windows weren't clean, and the hotel needs at least a proper renovation. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and daily service happened right on time. The property is easy to get to, in a very calm area with a great location. For what it offers, though, it felt too expensive compared with other options. Maybe I booked at a bad time. A couple of times at night, odd noises from the climate system woke me up. Nothing terrible, but still.
