The room has everything you need and looks good, with a big bed, though the pillows are too soft. The bath in the luxurious room is very good. But the flooring isn't great, and you can hear people upstairs walking around. Sound insulation is poor, so the trams are audible very early in the morning.

The constant bathroom ventilation is noisy, even at night, and makes it hard to sleep. The automatic bathroom light can be annoying too. The hotel is a little dated, but otherwise nice and about what you'd expect.

The location and staff were great, but the 3pm check-in felt really inconvenient. I know lots of hotels do this now, unfortunately. Breakfast was a letdown too, with very little choice and a three-minute wait for scrambled eggs because they seemed to cook only five at a time. The bacon was hard and far too salty. There wasn't a comfy sofa in the lobby either. In Asia, I would've rated this a two-star hotel. :(

We had a junior suite and the room was very good. The service was friendly, though not especially personal, and the hotel could use some more refurbishment. Still, that didn't take away from our three-night stay. The Corona is in a perfect location.

I'd definitely think about staying here again. It's in a charming part of downtown The Hague, and the room was spacious by European standards. A very comfortable hotel.
