We had a lovely five-day stay and plan to return. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was great. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful, especially Karen at the front desk and the cheerful ladies serving a good breakfast. A big compliment to the whole team for their hospitality. There were just a couple of small issues in the room: an odd smell in the bathroom and a wet patch of floor beside the bathroom and bed.

The hotel was on a quiet street, with bus stops and restaurants nearby, and we'd happily stay there again. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size, with a neat blue night light. Reception were very kind and kept our bags for the day. We also enjoyed the free breakfast.

The staff made this Holiday Inn stand out for me. Karin and Thiimen welcomed us at reception, and at breakfast Alex, Tisha and Julli were just as warm. Alex was especially amazing. The hotel sits right in the heart of The Hague, near attractive sights and great restaurants. Five stars from me. I'm delighted and grateful, and I'll be back soon.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Our two-night visit got off to a quick, welcoming start, and when we mentioned that we weren't happy with the room location, they changed it promptly as requested. The room was quite spacious and had the features we expected. There were problems with both the bathroom sink and TV reception. We reported them after the first night. The sink was repaired, but the TV wasn't, which was a pity. Still, it was a nice stay.

I'd recommend this very nice hotel in the center of The Hague. It's near transport, places to eat and drink, shops, and museums. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.
