I was on the 12th floor, where the room was spacious and had a view I really liked. The shower gel had run out, though, and the heating wasn’t doing much in February. The radiator only got lukewarm. Breakfast was good, and the room was calm and pleasant, but WiFi didn’t reach the breakfast room. The hotel’s convenient for events at the World Forum, but it feels dated. During my stay the staff weren’t especially friendly.

I chose this hotel because it’s right beside World Forum Den Haag, where I was attending a conference. It’s the closest option and a pleasant city hotel. There was a heating issue in my room, but management dealt with it quickly by bringing an electric heater. Breakfast had a good range of choices and was quite filling. Thanks for the hospitality.

The top-floor room had a nice open view, though the room itself was nothing special, just fine. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs bar was decent as well. The self check-in gave me some trouble, but the receptionist was friendly and helpful, with a good sense of humor. The location is excellent, near several tram stops, and the museums are walkable.

We had a pleasant stay, and the hotel is in a great spot. It’s only about a 10-minute train ride to the beach or to the city centre, including the Binnenhof and other sights. I’ve taken off a star because the minibar was broken and a light kept flickering on our first day. We had to go downstairs three times before it was fixed.

We only stayed one night and skipped breakfast. The room was clean and very nice, and even had Rituals shampoo in the bathroom. The staff were friendly. It took around 20 minutes to get to the centrum and about 10 minutes to the peer. A good stay, and I’d recommend it if that little distance to the centrum doesn’t bother you.
