We couldn't get the WiFi connected, and every way we tried to solve it came to nothing. It must have been an IT issue beyond the staff's control. Still, we appreciated the chance for students to practice hospitality in real situations and work through problems. We'd certainly consider visiting again soon. Thanks for the opportunity.

The outside of the hotel doesn't make much of an impression, but inside it feels comfortable. Staff are very friendly, the rooms are pleasant if not especially spacious, and the beds are very good. Breakfast and the location are good too. The car parking is another real plus, especially at a very good price. If we're back in The Hague, we'll probably stay here again. Thanks, guys.

The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, theater, and casino. Skotel also has its own parking lot on the street behind the hotel, for 7,50 a night, which is inexpensive compared with other places. The room itself is nice and spacious, with what you need, and the bathroom was clean. Rituals soap was a nice bonus. The toilet is tiny, squeezed between the sink and shower, and even a small person can bump their arms using it. The rooms could be cleaned much better, though: we found an open water bottle and another bottle's lid, and the air vent needs a proper clean. The smoke-free signs and sidewalk tiles don't seem to stop students from smoking right on them, so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. The hotel is nice, the rooms are cozy, service is great, and breakfast is delicious.
