2/10
The room was cold, and the bed had two separate mattresses. What really upset us was the host going through the room while we were out and taking away food. We hadn't been told anyone would enter, and finding someone had gone through our personal belongings when we weren't there left us shocked and very uncomfortable. I found the host's behavior deeply unethical.

The room and breakfast were nice, but there were more downsides than positives. The host was very rude, we couldn't access the garden shown in the photos, and payment was cash only.

The owner was friendly, and the service was awesome. Breakfast was homemade too.

A clean, comfortable place that works well for either a short or a long stay in Tilburg.
