Conscious Hotel Oudegracht Utrecht

The service was focused, friendly and helpful, and the place itself is amazing. I’ve rarely stayed in a hotel this beautiful. Every detail has been carefully designed and fits with the rest. It almost feels like a design obsessive made it as a personal hobby, rather than as a way to make money. Thanks for creating such a great place.

After dinner we came back hoping to have a drink at the hotel restaurant bar, but a polite staff member said it was full and nobody else could come in. There was no seat or standing room. I understand the hotel may be the new popular spot in town, but guests staying there should be able to get a drink. I hope the team can improve that part of the guest experience. Until then, the new hotel has a lot going for it: a great room, comfortable beds and modern design in one of Utrecht’s best locations. We were welcomed with a glass of cava, and the people handling check-in were friendly. It had been a great experience up to that point.

They left me a birthday card and chocolate before my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise. From the start, the hotel’s hospitality was lovely. The room was clean and nice, and the reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. I was happy I picked this hotel over the others and enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. Kiki deserves a special mention for going the extra mile and finding nearby suggestions for us during the snowstorm. Recommended, and I hope to visit again.
