The rooms were comfortable and the service was great. Everything worked so well for me, I wouldn't change a thing. The location was perfect too, and I'll definitely be back.

The staff were really kind and attentive, and the location couldn't have been better. But the room climate control was very hard to manage, and it stayed hot and stuffy, making sleep difficult. Breakfast was the other major downside: the selection was tiny and, to me, not worth it. I'd avoid it.

I slept incredibly well here. The bed was one of the best I've had in a hotel, especially if you like a soft, pillow-y feel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with strong air conditioning, and the bathrooms had nice, roomy showers. It's also quiet and conveniently placed for the station and the sights. The staff were lovely.

On my third visit, the kind and helpful staff and cosy, stylish rooms were just as good as before. I especially love how comfortable the beds are. The heating can be tricky, though, shifting between too warm and too cold. On rainy days in the top-floor room, the ventilation can also bring a slight smell. Even with those little issues, I think it's a wonderful hotel.
