We spent four nights here. The hotel was nice and clean, and the food was good, but the cold made the stay a bad experience. It was freezing even inside the room, and the heaters' temperature wasn't changed. There weren't enough portable heaters either, and despite asking, the staff didn't set one aside for us. Every day felt extremely cold.

I was there for ten days, and the breakfast never changed. There were no additions or variety during the whole stay, so it got repetitive and disappointing. Cleaning was set for noon to 3 p.m., right when we usually came back to rest, which was inconvenient. Service was generally good, though some staff weren't welcoming or polite and that affected the atmosphere. A few adjustments could make the stay much better.

The rooms were tidy and had what we needed, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. There was a good breakfast selection, enough to choose different meals each day. For our short stay, things went well. It's a little outside the city center, but there's a direct bus from the main station.

I hate leaving a negative review, but for 200 euro a night I expected more. The drain was already clogged when I checked in, and by morning it had become really annoying. I mentioned it at checkout, but got no apology and no discount, even after saying I'd been willing to skip breakfast and leave quickly. Even a 20 euro discount and a sincere apology would have changed this review. Never again for me. I was in a hurry to meet friends after check-in, and the trip to the city center took much longer than I expected.

The beds were comfy and soundproof, and the shower was nice, big enough for two at once, which we tried. The curtains gave good privacy. We did wish the window were bigger. Not nice for people who fart.
