Klein Ni'jenhoes

From the property, we could head out walking or cycling to explore this lovely part of the Achterhoek region. The apartment, the Nette Kamer, was quiet, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The kitchenette had everything we needed, along with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and cozy wood-burning stove. It was easy to feel at home there.

This small, beautiful cottage is very comfortable and fully equipped. There are lots of hiking and cycling routes right from the cottage, in the Achterhoek countryside.

We were generally positive about our Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning stay in the small cottage Klein Ni'jenhoes, and the host deserves praise for their hospitality. Nearly everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The photos don't make clear which accommodation each one belongs to. The description says the attic's limited height means the bed is low, but it would be more accurate to say the slatted base is on the floor and the maximum height at the ridge is 1.80 to 85 meters. You have to bend over through almost the whole space, even getting out of bed. We also found the living room sofa needed reupholstering. Its stains made it uninviting, so we covered it with the existing fresh grand foulard.

The hosts were always there for advice, and the beautiful area is great for hiking and cycling, with charming towns to visit. We spent two wonderful weeks in Brinkheurne in the De Nette Kamer apartment. It was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Having basics like coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper already there made us feel welcome straight away.
