The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and supporting a small local business was a big plus for me. If you're after an affordable alternative to the limited nearby hotel options, this could be your place. Staying here made me fall in love with Zeist. The bed and breakfast is close to the town center but feels like a quiet little oasis in a very private garden. The rooms seem recently renovated, with plenty of space and modern facilities. I also felt very safe as a woman traveling alone, even walking back after midnight. The property is behind a locked gate, with your own room key and just one other guest renting the room next door.

We felt welcome and comfortable throughout, and we'll definitely come back. Breakfast was a treat, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, and super clean, with a beautiful room and bathroom. You can see the care in the little details. The host was especially kind when my mom got pneumonia shortly before our trip. Even though the cancellation period had passed, she went out of her way to let us reschedule for another weekend. That flexibility is rare, and we were blown away. Parking right in front of the house worked well, and we took the bus into Utrecht. If you're driving, the nearby P+R Science Park was also cheap and easy to use. We had an amazing stay and can't recommend this place enough. Huge thanks again ❤️

I've stayed here many times and much prefer it to the local hotels. Lydia is a wonderful host, and the spacious, modern rooms are lovely places to relax. The facilities are top notch, and I always leave well rested. A fantastic home from home, 10/10!
