I liked the room's decor, and the host was very kind, but the maintenance noise and paint smell made the stay unpleasant. We paid to wake up to someone sanding and painting our main door. The bedroom smelled of paint, which could be toxic to breathe in a closed room. Why choose to do this while guests were staying there? There were also brick and cement shavings on the bed, couch and blankets beside the bed. In the morning, we woke to the sound of a man sanding our door.

A remarkable 500-year-old tower built into the city walls, with lovely rooms and great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's a roof terrace. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

We chose the honeymoon suite for one night because it was spacious and had a large bathtub in the room. Jamal welcomed us and was very kind and helpful. Pelsertoren is part of history, and it was great to sleep there, right in central Zwolle.

The Pelsertoren has loads of character, and the suite was very spacious. The roof terrace is top-notch, right by the water with a beautiful view. It was clean, well located, and we had a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
