Tore Hunds Apartments

The owners came right away to take us in after we missed our ferry to Senja, which we really appreciated. The place is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. We’d definitely return with our family.

The sea-view apartment looks out over the parking lot, and that’s the one I’d book. We felt at home here, and it’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable. It has everything you need, and you could easily stay more than three nights. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location at the end of the pedestrian zone made it easy to walk to the harbor, lighthouse, museum, and whale watching tour. Our friendly landlady greeted us herself and showed us around. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with its own bathroom and a kitchen with a stove and dishwasher. It’s reached by an outside staircase, with several apartments branching off a shared hallway. Free parking is available by the building or across the street. The boot dryer, washing machine, information materials, and other conveniences made the stay relaxing and pleasant.

We had a lovely view from the balcony, and the armchairs in the living room were comfortable. The kids’ room had bunk beds, and I was especially glad there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The apartment was well equipped and comfortably furnished, making a great base for our time in Andøya. It’s near the harbor, with free parking beside the house, and the whale safari meeting point was a 10-minute walk away.
