The room itself was okay, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a central location. The self check-in was atrocious. I arrived around 8pm and found a prison-like door, but had never received an email with the codes for the key card lockers. Apparently they text the details, which assumes guests have a Norwegian phone number, even though the hotel mainly serves foreign tourists. I also had no idea there was a 'sister' hotel a couple of blocks away. I got no email from them either, apart from the booking confirmation several months earlier.
8/10
Finding the place was a little tricky. The room and check-in were okay, and all in all it was an okay stay.
4/10
The central location was convenient, with all kinds of public transport easy to reach. We spent four nights on the fifth floor, and the young man at reception in the "sister hotel" was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Room service, though, only made the beds and changed the towels. At first the furnishings looked good, but closer up we noticed holes in the curtains, windows that fogged overnight, and a dingy-looking floor. The heating only seemed to work well in the bathroom, and apart from the bedside lights, the room was dark. The bathroom lighting was complete, but we had to fix the shower head ourselves. Even the single-ply toilet paper stood out.
4/10
The room was nice, but the check-in process took over an hour. We never received the code message and couldn't reach anyone by phone or email, so we had to go to the sister hotel for help. The customer service was incredibly poor.

Great room, clean, and in a super location. Highly recommend 👍
