The campsite was quiet and pleasant, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly. We stayed two nights in one of the smallest cabins and had all we needed. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area 😊

It was late and snowing, and we were just looking for somewhere safe to stay. We politely asked at the hotel whether the neighboring camping area was open, but the woman at reception rudely told us to get out because it was private, opening the door in an unfriendly way. We would have gone to another camp. This poor rating is for the woman working there.

Showers and indoor cooking space are available for people camping in tents, and breakfast was good, with homemade jams and the option to make a packed lunch. The staff were friendly and replied to emails quickly. We had a quiet night in our tent, and it was great value.

There's room for a few tents and caravans at this small, quiet campsite, and the staff are super friendly. Prices are okay, and the sanitary facilities are mostly clean, though old. They look as if they were renovated around 2014. There's only one shower. The kitchen is dated, and the washing machine is so old it should have been scrapped last century. They also rent out a few cabins, have some hotel rooms, and run a restaurant.
