Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the lovely atmosphere at our wedding. Sølvi listened so carefully to what we wanted, and the rest of the staff made sure everything was taken care of. We had a fantastic celebration there.

The price was very competitive for the Stavanger area. Rooms include free chipping and putting practice, and breakfast was solid. A comfortable place to stay, with really pleasant staff :) Would recommend.

I stayed two nights for work, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. I used to be a flight attendant and have stayed in hotels in places most people haven’t heard of, so this really stood out. There were many upsetting moments, but I’ll describe two. I was looking at the restaurant menu by reception because I planned to eat at the hotel. An employee took away the tripod holding it and told me, “We can’t serve you, the hotel restaurant has enough on their plates for tonight.” I was stunned and couldn’t believe what I’d just seen and heard. The next day, work told me I’d need to stay a few extra hours. At reception, a young woman said the hotel was fully booked. I’d already been there for two nights and hadn’t heard a single person pass by. I booked a room online through Booking, then came back to ask if I could extend my stay. By then I was hurt and exhausted from all the micro and macro aggressions, so after making my point, I decided to cancel. One last thing that shouldn’t matter in Bryne or anywhere else, but I suspect may have played a part in this awful experience: I’m a Black woman.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and it was easy to find the hotel. It’s about 20 minutes by car from Stavanger. Staff were very friendly. Pets can stay in the rooms for an extra 200 NOK fee.
