Getting into the hotel was awful. They text you the instructions instead of emailing, even though they know a foreign guest may not have access to a local cellular number. The phone number they gave us wouldn’t connect, so we were left outside, wandering around and asking strangers if we could borrow their phones. Breakfast was very limited too, and the beds were uncomfortable. The place definitely needs renovating.

Simple and clean, and breakfast was good. Just be aware that if you arrive to check in at an odd hour, you’ll need to be able to call the hotel staff to get through the front door.

The location in Finnsnes is good, and there’s free parking in the back alley. Breakfast was included, the beds were good enough, and the shower had plenty of warm water. The COVID restrictions were implemented properly, with check-in handled through an SMS.

My room, number 305, was a good size and clean, with a TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, fridge and coffee machine. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and hotel guests can park for free. Breakfast was nothing special, just basic Norwegian hotel standard. In the city center of Finnsnes, this is a basic hotel that’s fine for a short stay. Regards, Svein-Magne Tunli from Bergen, Norway.

The bathroom area was really nice, big and clean, so that was a plus 🙂👍. The bar area felt cramped over the weekend, and there was no respect for distancing during the Corona epidemic. The bartender didn’t seem trained for the job. Guests weren’t treated well, and the bartender didn’t know how to make a drink, not even a simple one. There was very little choice at the bar.
