The rooms were clean, and both they and breakfast were up to a very good standard. What stood out most was the staff: they were welcoming and straightforward, and made the whole stay feel wonderful. I’d happily recommend Comfort hotel Finnsnes to anyone who ends up in Finnsnes, whatever the reason. Cheers, greetings from Andreas.

For what it cost, this hotel was great value. The staff were nice and polite, the rooms clean, and the location handy for getting to Senja. It’s no Hilton, but I judge a place by its price, location and the rest, and this one did really well.

The friendly staff and very good breakfast made our stay enjoyable, and we had a really large room. The hotel and its interior are a little dated, but everything was very clean and the bathroom had been renovated recently. We found there wasn’t much to complain about. The price seemed normal for Norway, and the place was much better than the reviews had led us to expect.

The bedding was comfortable and the room stayed warm during our winter visit. The location is wonderful, and the staff are polite. I just wish there had been a choice of pillows. They were all very hard, probably because they were new, and I can’t sleep on a high pillow. I ended up using my jacket instead since they didn’t have a flat one.

Breakfast was really good, and the hotel itself was nice. The beds were softer than I like, though, and the rooms got quite hot in summer. Parking was an issue. I might stay here again, but I’d also consider looking elsewhere.
