The town was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, and the staff were incredible. This hotel really captures the feel of lofoten. We went in mid-February, and although it snowed, the roads were cleared very well and felt super safe. Looking forward to coming back.

The aurora borealis was epic, and the hot tub was especially welcome after a good hike each day. Our cabin was wonderful and close to it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with everything we needed for a day outdoors. Such a charming, unique hotel and location, with a bit of everything and plenty of comfort and luxury. A lovely way to treat yourself.

The restaurant served great food, and the village itself is beautiful. The rooms are super cozy, with a cute sauna on a stylish wooden terrace.

I love the cabins and the place itself, but the service and attitude have left me very disappointed. I bring clients here every year to show them the beautiful surroundings, and I like to play them the historic documentary in one of the old buildings. The day before, I checked with reception about when it would be open in the morning and was told 10. When we arrived the next day, a new staff member suddenly said it wasn't showing because of the weather. It was rainy and windy, sure, but last February I watched it during Norway's strongest snowstorm in 40 years. That was a terrible excuse.
