Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Oslo Airport

I stay here when I have an early flight and need to drop off my rental car nearby. The airport is only a very short walk away. Around the hotel, little robots help with jobs like cleaning floors, bringing meals to rooms, and moving luggage. They’re a funny sight, like something from a very advanced city. Service is pretty basic, and I’ve never had breakfast because my schedule is too tight.

Once we found the right hotel, check-in was quick, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the stay itself went smoothly. Getting there was the hard part. There are two Radisson Blu hotels at Oslo airport with almost the same name, and it wasn’t clear which one we had booked until we arrived. We followed signs to the wrong one and dragged our bags back and forth across the airport. Staff said this happens all the time, which doesn’t inspire confidence. The names and directions are confusing, especially when you’re tired and dealing with international travel and luggage. We lost quite a bit of time and energy before reaching the correct place. Even though it’s called an airport hotel, it may not be directly connected to your terminal, so check the address and expect a walk. I might stay again, but only if I had time to spare and had checked the booking details very carefully.

The buffet breakfast was decent, and the lobby looked beautiful. Getting there was easy too, about an 8-minute walk from the airport. But the room felt dated for a 4-star hotel, with no kettle or coffee machine. Water also got everywhere when I showered.

The hotel was quiet, so I slept really well. My room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the OSL Terminal along a walkway.
