We'd booked the apartments, but at check-in they moved us to the main hotel, Ustedalen, because the apartments don't have WiFi. So this is really about the main hotel. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable for our group of three, with a beautiful mountain view. The free ski bus picks up right outside, and it's an easy walk from the train station. We had the amenities we needed except a hair dryer. Katerina at the front desk helped us find something to do besides skiing. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartments vary a lot. Some are spacious and pleasant, with nice furniture, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Others are cramped, worn and dirty, with old furniture, no dishwasher or washing machine, and a noisy fan that runs day and night.

For me, the balcony and the view are the only good parts. There's not even internet.

A modern, clean hotel and good value for the money. We had a three-bedroom place with a large living area and kitchen. The only drawback was the lack of WiFi.
