The room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the staff were friendly. The hotel looks lovely from outside, though inside it comes across as a bit sleazy. It's right in the city center, close to most places, with paid parking nearby. Dinner and breakfast were included. Dinner wasn't really to my taste, though others seemed to enjoy it, while breakfast was exceptional. They also had afternoon cake and coffee available throughout the day.

I had a small misunderstanding during my stay, and the staff dealt with it professionally and were accommodating. They were friendly and helpful the whole time, which made the hotel feel welcoming. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern look and thoughtful touches. The work areas, both in the room and shared spaces, were laid out well and quiet enough to get things done. I was mainly there for work, but had a free weekend to explore the city and the hotel’s amenities. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Home Hotel Grand is modern and centrally located, so it worked well for both work and relaxing.

The bar and restaurant service was fantastic, and there's even a movie theater inside the hotel. I didn't have much contact with the front desk, but it's a very nice hotel.

The receptionist was so nice, and breakfast was good. I loved having waffles in the afternoon and the coffee machine available all the time. Dinner was lovely too, though I didn't eat much because I was still full from the waffles. Had a wonderful day at the hotel.
