It’s a cosy place that gives you a real Norwegian experience, set well away from the major cities amid the agricultural way of life and beautiful nature. The place is well run and has everything you’d need for a stay.

We stayed here on our round trip through Norway. The hotel is close to the main road, but you don’t hear the traffic. Rooms are comfortable, the hosts are very friendly, and both dinner and breakfast were fantastic and tasty. They even have gluten-free bread and alternatives.

A great breakfast and excellent dinner with good drinks, plus quiet, comfortable, large modern rooms. This is nothing like the usual cheap old motel with simple rooms that you often find in Norway. Highly recommended!

The traditional Norwegian food is good, though it isn’t cheap. There’s a Tesla charging stop outside, so it’s a great place to stop and refuel in both senses.

The restaurant is great, though breakfast at 8:00 is a bit late. The staff handled that well. Parking is easy and the Wi-Fi is good quality. A great, mostly convenient place.
