The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and we slept well. But the way the place was run made the trip stressful, and we wouldn't choose this chain again. We booked because it looked like good value and a modern, trendy option. From the start, things went wrong. We'd arranged and paid for early check-in, but a cleaner was still working in the apartment when we arrived. She hadn't been told management approved it and needed another half hour. We complained during the stay and asked for a refund, but were told early check-ins can't be guaranteed. We understand that in general, but management had agreed to ours and charged us for it. We also paid to use a Polaroid camera, which I think used to be included in the room fee. It arrived broken, with no film and dead batteries, so it was useless. As an apology, they gave us an “extra” tote bag, even though we hadn't received a tote bag to begin with. We had to keep contacting virtual customer service about all of this, and their help was limited. There were other practical problems too. Hot water was limited, and the kitchen kettle felt unsafe: you have to switch it off by hand once it boils, and then it's too hot to handle with bare hands. The apartment could be great, but the way it's operated isn't worth the stress. I'd advise others to avoid it unless they want the same ongoing hassle.

There are lots of halal restaurants close by, and the location is easy to reach, near the bus stop. Alhamdulillah, finding food was simple. We really liked our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, spacious, and modern. One small drawback was the hot water: after one person showered, the next had to wait around 30 minutes for the boiler to reheat. It wasn't a big issue for us, though. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

The neighborhood's mix of restaurants made me feel slightly uneasy, even though nothing actually happened. The living room could use better lighting, and at some times of day the locked heating setting wasn't enough. Still, this was a very clean, modern hotel with roomy spaces and excellent service. It's ideal for families, and staff responded quickly over chat.

My room, number 402, could use a microwave. The entrance is easy to miss when walking from Oslo S, so look past the barber shop. The rooms are spacious, well heated, and insulated, and the bathrooms have heated floors. Great hotel!

We spent a week in Oslo and had a great apartment, bright, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom was at the back, which helped keep out street noise. The neighborhood was diverse, and the hotel was easy to find from the train station. All the main sights are within a 30-minute walk. One thing to keep in mind: access to both the building and apartment is through an app on your phone. You need to have your phone with you and keep it charged.
