The staff were really nice and always ready to help. The cabin itself was beautiful, and the location was even more spectacular. We saw the Northern lights almost every night we were there, amazing! I'd definitely recommend staying here in the Lofoten Islands.

The lake view room at Eliassen Rorbuer had one of the most beautiful, magical views I've ever experienced. I had an amazing stay in Lofoten, Norway. The service was excellent too, especially the receptionist, who kindly lent me a car battery charger when I needed one. I’d highly recommend this place.

Gadus restaurant on site was absolutely fantastic. We booked the Water Front Cabin, which was big, cozy, and well equipped. The bed could have been comfier and would have benefited from better pillows.

Breakfast was okay, and we enjoyed making dinner in the well equipped kitchen. We stayed in the water front cabin and had a great time, except it was cloudy and rainy, so we couldn't see the aurora from right in front of our room. We had to look for it somewhere else nearby.

We were really pleased with our Waterfront Superior One-Bedroom Cottage. It had a kitchen and a separate bedroom, though we slept in the living room to enjoy the beautiful view and skylight. The scenery was lovely, and seagulls nearby often came begging for food. We booked well ahead and paid extra for the option to cancel up to the day we arrived. Even at that higher rate, breakfast wasn't included and cost 2,900 NOK per person. If they're not fully booked, you might find a better price on Expedia. If you cook, turn on the cooktop vent, as we heard the fire alarm go off a couple of times in other rooms. There are EV chargers, but they're standard, slow ones.
