I spent half a year here, and other reviewers have already covered most of the pros and cons. The apartments are a decent size and have the kitchen equipment you need for a longer stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. I might stay again next time.

The room size was good, heating was fine, and there was a TV with channels in several languages. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. The kitchen was okay, but the dishes weren't very new, the knife was blunt, and the frying pan was old, so I bought replacements. Having a washing machine was good, and the bathroom had underfloor heating. But its drain worked very poorly, and I had to mop up the whole floor after every shower. A middling three stars from me.

The apartment is okay and does the job, though it's not one of the more recently renovated types. It's close to the center and handy for restaurants, cinemas, shopping streets, and other places to go. The noise is a serious problem. A CrossFit gym below starts at 6 am and sometimes stays open past 8 pm, with loud music and vibrations throughout the building. On weekends, ground-floor parties can keep loud music going past 2 am. That's not considerate of residents or neighbors.

Quiet, clean, and fairly roomy, with everything equipped. I can recommend it with confidence.

The apartments are nice, and the location is convenient for both the city center and the bus station. A great place to stay.
