What we paid felt like poor value, especially given how different the facilities were from what reception described. We were told there was a small kitchen and two toilets near the campsite. The toilets were there, but the supposed kitchen was just a tiny room with a table and a sink without running water, so washing dishes wasn't possible. There was no drinking water either. The shower was another frustration. It had a disgusting curtain, and the token machine gave no indication of how much time was left. We paid for what was meant to be 12 minutes of hot water, but I had to hurry through without knowing when it might turn cold, and skipped my usual routine. Then, after 9 PM, heavy construction machinery was working just a couple of meters from our tent. The noise went on as though building right beside paying guests was normal. Laundry was available, but it cost 10 NOK for each 20 minutes of washing or drying, a confusing system to work out after a long drive and busy travel days. For two adults, one car, a four-person tent, electricity, and 12 minutes of shower time, we paid 560 NOK. I left feeling misled rather than welcomed.

There are lots of pitches and plenty of space here. The facilities are good, though the kitchen could use basic things like plates and spoons. A really good place overall.

The price for Lofoten is pretty normal. A nice campsite with toilets, showers, electricity, fresh water, greywater disposal, and a chemical toilet.

The staff were friendly, and the whole place was in excellent condition, including the service house, toilets, and showers. It was quiet too, with no traffic noise. Motorhomes and caravans have gravel areas, and there’s fresh water plus easy emptying for toilet cassettes and wastewater. Great place!

People were really helpful and lent us an iron and ironing board for free. The facilities were clean, and hooking up our campervan was easy.
