The wet clothes ruined the next day of our Norway trip, and we lost both time and money trying to use the hotel dryer. Three full cycles later, everything was still soaking wet. Since reception was closed overnight and didn't open until 9am, there was nobody to help before we had to leave. We could only ask for the laundry tokens back, and got an apology, a pastry, and tea. For a place that advertises laundry facilities, this really isn't acceptable. The machines need to be maintained or taken out of service. Guests shouldn't have to risk ending up with damp, smelly clothes. Until the equipment works and there's proper support, I can't recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and the heated pool stays open until 11 pm. There was also an indoor and outdoor playground area for children. We stayed in a cabin in the woods, and it felt like being in a fairytale. This was the most beautiful place we stayed in Norway.

We never found the park too busy, and the cabin was clean. The staff were all really friendly, and the gym was well equipped and kept clean. Breakfast was a letdown, though. There were lots of flies in our room and in the breakfast restaurant because the windows had no fly or mosquito nets. Also, be careful with the water, it gets VERY hot, almost scalding.

Even with freezing temperatures outside, the cabin was warm and cozy inside, almost like it had underfloor heating. The host was very kind too. What an amazing cabin stay, highly recommend it!

I was glad I stayed here. Camping overnight was free, and the location was wonderful, with a nice view. The site was quiet and well maintained, and the toilets and water were free and very clean. I paid 140NOK for breakfast, and the cook made an omelette the way I asked. Anna, the receptionist, was very friendly.
