Right across from Vigeland Park, Villa Frogner sits quietly behind a little garden. The house itself has a warm, old-fashioned feel, and the shared kitchen and rustic living room make it easy to settle in and potter around in the morning or evening. It feels like being at home, which is a welcome change from the clinical, impersonal places that are so common. There’s no traffic or loud ventilation to break the quiet either.
