There wasn't really anything to praise, but nothing bothered me either. It's a very basic hotel. If I come back here, I think I'll try somewhere else.

Check-in was a little crowded. The room itself was clean and pleasant, though there was no view, and the weather wasn't good anyway. Breakfast had a good spread, but, like many places around Scandinavia, the coffee wasn't good. I also appreciated having a Geberit Aqua Clean toilet in the room.

What a mess. I had booked well in advance, but they seemed to have no idea about it and I had to prove I had a reservation. Getting checked in took forever. Terrible service.

I had to use my phone's flashlight because the new room on the other side of the hotel was so dark. The bathroom floor also looked like it had never been washed. Those rooms are awful.

The main downside was breakfast service. It was hard to find anyone who could answer questions about what was in the bread, for example. The room was really nice, and they gave us a bed for our 16-month-old at no extra charge. I'd still recommend the hotel for its location, the parking nearby if the hotel's own spaces are full, and its general quality.
