The staff were friendly, answered the phone well, and gave clear check-in instructions. I also liked the lounge with couches and table tennis, the billiards/pool table, towels, complimentary lobby coffee, and good Wi-Fi. The curtains let the Norwegian sunlight into the room in the early hours, which I wasn’t happy with, and the room could have felt fresher. This was a last-minute booking and 1800 Kr felt a bit high for what was offered. That’s just an observation, not a complaint about the cost. All in all, an OK experience.

The location was really nice, the staff were welcoming, and there were fun activities. The room itself let us down a bit. My family and I had three beds plus a pull-out couch, and that couch was the worst thing I’ve ever slept on. For a family of three or fewer, this place is great. With four or more, I’d get an extra room.

I was here for six nights on a business trip and slept really well. It’s handy for the town centre, yet very quiet at night. My double room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony and a lovely view. There was fresh coffee every morning, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with this hostel 😊

We arrived late with my two daughters, aged six and four, and the staff were kind and helpful when they greeted us. Our four-person room had plenty of space, storage cupboards, a small fridge for drinks, and a balcony with a great view. The bathroom was large and decent, and the single beds were clean and good. There was some dust in the corners and under the beds. It may have been a bit expensive, though it was July, so...

The relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff made for a really nice stay. The rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were good. On my road trip from Bergen to Croatia and back, this was where I got the best night's sleep. Highly recommended!
