The staff were so kind, professional, and helpful, especially when something unexpected came up. Their quick support meant a lot to us. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the food and the pleasant atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay at Bjerkvik Hotell and highly recommend it.

The hotel has been newly renovated and was nice and clean, with very friendly people working there. There’s free parking, and you can apparently see the Aurora from the beach area right in front of the hotel. We didn’t see it during our stay because of the thick clouds.

The room was small but very comfortable, and we liked the hotel enough to stay again on our way back to Tromso. The beds were comfortable, the lobby was spacious, and the view was outstanding. Staff welcomed us warmly, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Having a charging station right out front and two grocery stores nearby was really helpful. The hotel had been newly renovated and was excellent.

I live in Narvik, so I haven’t tried the rooms yet, but I definitely will. I come here to eat often because the food is delicious, and the hotel has fantastic customer service.

The room was extremely small and not clean, and the free internet was far too slow.
