We arrived in July to find the hotel closed for the summer, even though we’d booked months earlier and received a confirmation. We only learned what was going on by calling a number where a recorded message in Norwegian explained the closure. The hotel never contacted us, and I didn’t hear back even after emailing to complain.

We went to a private event here and had food and drinks provided. The staff were friendly and happy to help with what we needed. It’s a lovely spot overlooking the water, and I’d definitely come back.

There’s a bed, a chair, and a little desk in these small, very basic rooms. Fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but next time I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

The food was great, and the hotel was clean. We had a lovely room with a nice view, and the service was the best.

All I’ve had is lip service, and my problems are still unresolved!
