A staff member kindly arranged for my headphones to be delivered to a nearby restaurant after I accidentally left them at the hotel. I was leaving Norway that same day and didn't have a car, so returning to collect them wasn't possible. I'm truly grateful for the thoughtful help. It showed the staff's professionalism, care, and warmth, and left me with a lasting positive impression. The service was outstanding, and I'd gladly recommend this hotel to others.
It was reasonably priced and in a great location, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly too. I loved my stay and will definitely come back.
Free parking, great location, and a great breakfast. It got a bit noisy in the morning when other travellers walked across the hardwood floor, so I'd suggest bringing headphones. Otherwise, it was great!
The room was spacious but simple, and breakfast was the standard Norwegian buffet type. It's a nice bed and breakfast, with an easy walk to everything in Reine. Cups in the room and some extra towels would have been nice. There are lots of steps up to the rooms, so it isn't recommended if you're disabled.
We liked the hotel's setup, the clean rooms, and the spacious apartments. The breakfast was great, but the serving window was very short, from 8 to 9:30, which didn't leave enough time to wake up and eat. We suggest extending it, perhaps from 7 to 10, as is customary in the places we've stayed. The B&B is in our favourite town, easy to explore on foot and right by the beautiful hike up the mountain for stunning views of the area.
