The clean, upscale washroom building was a welcome surprise, especially since the old one burned down the previous winter. There are washing machines and a dryer too, and the nightly rate seemed about average for Norway. We were the only tent campers there on our 2,500 km road trip, and this was easily the best campground we visited.

There’s plenty of room on the pitches beside the Driva, and the Megalaupet rapids are right next to the campground. The facilities are new and clean. A nice place to camp.

We were glad we stayed the night here. The hytte was clean, the owner was lovely, and dogs are welcome. One of the best campsites we got to visit while traveling around Norway. We'd happily recommend it!

We had a wooden cabin for four nights and found the owner friendly and the location great. I'd stay here again if we were nearby, and would recommend it.

The owner was kind and chatty, and there’s a washing machine and dryer for clothes. It’s a well-equipped, pleasant campsite. The nearby river does make it a little noisy, though you might enjoy the sound of the water as you drift off. 🌊😴
