We only stopped for a quick comfort break and to see the replica church from Wisconsin, America. We were here just a few minutes, so I can't really say anything about the Mansion itself.

Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and very clean, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. The Thams Pavilion from the 1893 World’s Fair is an impressive sight just across the road.

Breakfast has plenty of choice, including local breads, and the restaurant serves tasty meals at lunch and dinner. The hotel was calm and clean, with a competent, smiling crew.

The atmosphere was great, and the rooms were great too. We could adjust both the room temperature and the bathroom floor heating. The hallway noise was loud, though.

Monica gave great service in the restaurant, and the food was good. Without her service I would have rated this place three stars, though I feel it should really be 3.5. The rooms are small and bare, with no bottled water, a skimpy towel, and just one pillow on the bed. Not what I expected from a Mansion.
