Stay away!! The rooms and hallways had a lot of body odor, and there was other pretty strange stuff going on. The worst part was calling to say I'd booked the wrong day. After several attempts, an older man answered. He accused me of lying more than once. When I told him he was being rude and didn't need to call me a liar, he said I only said that because “I don't get what I want.” He was slow and sarcastic, and wouldn't let me cancel or change the date. The attached photo shows a dirty bed and a yellowed wall behind it. I forgot to photograph the stained chair. The duvet and pillow were heavy with sweat, and the mattress had sagged from a lot of use. I had to wash my hands thoroughly after the visit, and I'm looking forward to showering after this stay.

One of the worst places I've stayed. The door code didn't work, and there was a bad smell. Every 15 minutes, noise from the kitchen started up, and the sink was so loud you could hear everyone using it. Outside, people screamed and shouted all night, with bass thumping hard enough to shake the walls. The floors and walls were dirty. 1/5!

A perfectly fine spot for a few nights, with a pleasant common room and everything needed for cooking. Cleaning could have been better: food had been left in both the freezer and the fridge.

Only if you absolutely must spend a night in Ørlandet and there's no other choice. At least the bed linen was clean. The rest was just depressing: dirty, quiet, no breakfast or service, and a party going on in the house late into the night. It was expensive, nobody could be reached, and locals kept coming and going. Nothing in its favor and plenty of downsides. Steer clear!!
