We had the wiener schnitzel with fries and garnish, and it was delicious. The owner and staff were very friendly, and the prices seemed quite reasonable compared with other Norwegian restaurants. If you’re nearby, give this place a visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we’re in the area again, and you won’t be disappointed.

There was plenty of space for our tent and campers at this calm camping ground. The service facilities had everything we needed, and the toilets and showers were clean and roomy. The staff were friendly, and we chatted with them in Norwegian, English, and Dutch :)

We spent four nights here in clean, comfortable cabins. Bring your own bed linen. It’s kid friendly and in a great location.

The restaurant served straightforward food, and everyone in our group enjoyed the burgers and elk meat dish. We were eight people on a motorcycle tour through southern and central Norway, staying one night in a cabin we’d booked with nine beds, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. The operators were very friendly and spoke several languages, so we felt welcome right away. The sanitary facilities were modern and clean. Thanks very much, see you soon!

A lovely place to stop between Åndalsnes and Ålesund. We enjoyed delicious waffles and coffee, and the owner’s daughter was delightful to chat with. A friendly, quaint experience, and a must if that’s what you’re after!
