The showers only had cold water, when they worked at all. The ads about amenities were misleading, and customer service was nonexistent. It’s far too expensive for a stay where nothing is included and there’s an extra charge for everything.

A peaceful neighbourhood, with drinking water and a hot shower. My friends and I stayed here for a night between tent camping stops, and it suited us well. The receptionist was very friendly, too. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere nearby to stay.

I booked months ahead and tried several times to contact them through the hotels.com message site and by email, but never got a reply. The free wifi was so poor we couldn’t even connect. If you book an Economy cabin, expect little more than a roof and a bunk bed. Bedding, towels and hot water all cost extra. In the shared bathrooms, the men’s shower was out of service and there was no hot water. It rained all night, but at least the cabin didn’t leak.

This was my second visit, and I’d recommend it completely. We stayed with friends in the cottage for 8 people. It had been renovated last year and was comfortable and clean, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The area is lovely. We went fishing, used the sauna and explored the stunning surroundings. The price was good for high season, and the staff were helpful.
