After checkout, being able to use the luggage storage and laundry room was helpful since my flight was later in the day. The room was compact, thoughtfully designed, and very clean and tidy, a good choice for solo travelers. Access was keyless through the website or booking link, and chat replies were very fast when I had questions or an issue. The hotel is well located, about a 10-minute walk from the Central train station and metro, with tram stops nearby.

The room had everything we needed, even nice toiletries, and it was very clean. The location was fantastic. We did have trouble with the phone entry a few times, and when I called because we couldn't get in, nobody answered. I’d suggest they offer a physical key for people who aren't comfortable with technology or whose phones run out of power. Apart from that, the place was perfect.

We spent an hour on the phone trying to get help after asking for our money back so we could find another room in the middle of the night. They eventually stopped answering. The woman we reached didn’t seem to care at all, and the service was rude and awful. BOB W Olso Sentralen, shame on you. The room was dirty, freezing, and had constant loud noise from the ventilation. I usually sleep fine with sounds that bother other people, but this was on another level. We had to raise our voices to talk, and there was no chance of resting. Cold air kept blowing through it too, as if it were set up for summer. The bathroom door was dangerously broken. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, even compared with places in third world countries that had better facilities. They just take your money and don’t care about you. What a drama for my vacation. You ruined my trip.

The location made this a good choice for my one-night stay, right in the city center and not far from the central station. The room was basic and had what I needed, though nothing about it was special. Getting in with the phone keyless card was easy and convenient. Customer service replied quickly and was helpful over email and WhatsApp. I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.
