The location is the reason for the second star, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The place has four rooms, two of them with two beds, but the rooms are so tiny there’s nowhere to put your luggage. It’s not suitable for six people, and in my view it’s a bad experience for more than two guys. The kitchen has basic utensils, a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom puts two showers, a basin, and the toilet together, so practically only one person can use it at a time. There’s a washer but no dryer. Water dripped onto the floor from somewhere, which needed cleaning. The heaters weren’t good enough to warm the room, even on maximum.

We rented two apartments for our group, and everyone agreed an Airbnb would’ve been nicer. The apartments were okay and had the basics, including kitchen utensils, tableware, and plates, but no salt or sugar, which is inconvenient for a short stay. Getting the keys was complicated too. You have to collect them from another part of the city, and that office is only open at certain times, especially on weekends and holidays.

Getting the key code right on my phone was convenient, and the apartment had the things you might need, like pans, pots, and an oven. The shower was the one downside. There’s no tray, so after using it the bathroom turns into an ocean.

They said it would work for five people, but the place was really only suitable for three. The dishes hadn’t been washed, and the apartment wasn’t clean. A bad experience all around.
