Breakfast was varied, with lightly cooked vegetables and a ginger shot among my favourites. It could get a little crowded, and at times we had to wait for a table or queue for coffee, but it never became a real problem. We were a family of two adults and two children in a business room on the 11th floor. It was spacious and had everything we needed: a kettle, Nespresso machine, iron, fridge, safe and hairdryer. The renovation seems recent, and the room felt spotless and new, right down to the large modern TV with a great picture. It was warm, and the bathroom's heated floor was especially welcome during Oslo's freezing days.

The luggage storage fee seemed steep to me, since I've never had to pay for it elsewhere. Everything else suited my business trip well: a quiet, clean, well-equipped room, polite and helpful staff, and plenty at breakfast, including vegan and gluten-free choices. I'd recommend it.

We booked a double room and were pleasantly surprised to get two connected rooms, one with a living area and kitchen and the other with a bedroom. The toiletries smelled lovely, breakfast was 11/10, and the staff were very nice. The location is central without being on a party street, so we could enjoy being close to everything and still sleep without disturbance. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great one-night stay in a clean, comfortable room. The train station is an easy ten-minute walk away.

The hotel was fine and breakfast was good, but there isn't any parking, despite what the website says. There's public parking nearby, though it costs 75 crowns an hour.
