The site has a lovely river at its lower end, and there’s a huge lake less than 1km away. The scenery is amazing, and the campsite is great. There’s also a 24-hour unmanned shop on site, with a good variety of stock at reasonable prices. The electric hookup takes a standard plug rather than a euro plug, though that wasn’t a major issue for us. We’ll definitely come back.

I couldn’t sleep well and felt I’d wasted 800 kr, so I’m not sure I’d return. The room itself was OK, but the kitchen had almost nothing in it, there was no fan, and it got very warm. I couldn’t open the window because it was next to the river and there were lots of mosquitoes. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable. There is a nice 24/7 shop and the toilets are new. If you come in summer, bring a fan and your own bed sheets. I wouldn’t recommend staying until these problems are addressed.

The sanitary facilities are nice, and there’s a small playground for children. A beautiful river runs just a couple of meters from the parking area. The local 24/7 shop is impressive too, with local food and other things you might need. It’s self-service: you open the door by swiping your debit card, register your purchases, then scan the barcode on your receipt to leave.

The service was outstanding, and the facilities were clean and up to date. There’s a shop that stays open, and the setting is idyllic, close to a river and a mountain for hiking. This place is amazing and a must-see. I recommend it five stars!

Quiet and peaceful, with beautiful mountain scenery all around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there’s a self-service shop open 24 hours. Highly recommended.
