Dinner was the highlight of our trip, and probably our favorite meal in Lofoten. You can watch it being prepared in front of you, and the ingredients are all locally sourced. Try the homemade kombucha and teas too, Nina the herbalist rocks. Breakfast comes in three courses and was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. We loved the design, the service, the views, and all the little details. Every minute here was great. You need to email to book a room, and dinner needs a reservation. Such a hidden gem in Lofoten, would recommend it x1000.
