We were glad to get into the cabin before 4 pm after a long drive. Check-in was easy and quick, and the reception staff were friendly. The bedroom is small, with a bunk bed and a larger bed tucked into a charming loft space. We liked it, and the online description had clearly explained the room size and how accessible the beds were. The kitchen and living area felt warm and comfortable, with a pleasant view over the harbour ships. We only stayed one night, and the location was handy for nearby supermarkets and a service station with fuel and EV charging.

The late-night bar noise really disrupted our stay. Music blasted until around 2:30 or 3 am, which made it impossible for us to sleep even though we just needed a comfortable place from 11 pm to 6 am. A nightclub directly under guest rooms seems like a poor setup. If you’re there to party, it might work for you, but without the noise I would have rated this 4/5. The location is beautiful, the views are great, and the place looks cute, so it has a lot of potential. Still, I’m not sure how it qualifies as a 4-star hotel; it felt more like 3. There wasn’t much service, and although the rooms were clean and well kept, they weren’t fancy.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cozy cottage. The people were wonderful, the location was excellent, and breakfast had a great range of options. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back.

The room and patio both had a nice view, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast offered a good range of food, while the bar prices were reasonable. It made for a memorable stay.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We loved the rooms and those stunning views. The room and kitchen have a traditional feel that suits the location. The photo is from the kitchen table window!
