The shower had a minor issue, and we reported it several times. Since we heard nothing back, we thought it hadn't been checked. It turned out a part needed for the repair was out of stock, so they couldn't fix it until it arrived. It would've helped to know that earlier instead of thinking we were being ignored. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay in this cosy, central hotel. It could use a bit of an overhaul, but the staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was a plus given how pricey the city is.

The staff were great, the location was great, and cleanliness was good. But the bed was awful: a boxspring with coils and a 3 cm thick mattress cover, but no mattress. I could feel every coil and woke every 2 or 3 hours, unable to sleep through the night. For the money, it was zero value. I won't stay again.

I had to leave before breakfast started, so they made me a breakfast to take with me the night before. Not many places care that much about their guests. Very cool experience, thank you, and defo see you again.

It was a great choice for 2 nights. The location was perfect and the staff were great, happy to help with any questions. Breakfast was fair enough, but nothing special.

I was there for a week, and the service, facilities, location, and staff were all great. There are so many restaurants nearby, and breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
