I met some really nice people who were also solo traveling, and felt very safe here. The beds were comfortable, the place stayed warm and cozy, and everything was very clean, including the bathroom. There are lockers with room for a decent amount of stuff, plus a washer and detergent, which was amazing. It's a 10 minute walk from the main city, and when you get back you can still see the beautiful city and mountains. For the price, this hostel exceeded my expectations. I stayed 3 nights and had an amazing time. Miguel also replied very quickly, which was nice. Perfect place for me, and I can highly recommend it and tromsø. Beautiful area and beautiful hostel. Great host!

For a cheaper place than most, this was clean, functional, warm, safe, and had nice beds. The location was pretty good too, about a 10 ish minute walk from the city center. All things considered, RECCOMEND. The check-in info wasn't sent before I arrived, even though I looked for it extremely thoroughly. The manager said they'd sent it, replied instantly, and sent it again. Oh well, it didn't matter that much. Another person I met had the same issue. I wasn't proactive and didn't ask directly, so make sure you do. You share one shower and bathroom with around 10/12 people on each floor, across 2 living floors, but it was manageable and never an issue.

I was doubtful about sharing a room for the first time, but I ended up really liking the experience. A Pakistani guy and an Indonesian woman I met in the room and I shared our lives, and I really liked that time together.

It was easy to find, in a great location, and the instructions were clear and accurate. As a solo traveller, it was perfect for a weekend stay. Great place, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

This budget hostel is in a converted family house in a quiet area, ideal for travellers, bike and back packers. The simple double bunk bed rooms sleep 2-4 people, and the rooms with linen were clean. Check-in remotely was easy, but there was no service craft permanently in house and nothing to buy. The small shared bath and kitchen are about the size you'd expect in a one family house. Supermarkets are downtown, about a 20 min slow walk away.
